Dreamers Walk Canada is committed to building a supportive, inclusive community for individuals with disabilities and their families. Through our Programs and Support Division, we offer a variety of services designed to uplift, connect, and empower our community. Our core offerings include:
Safe and welcoming spaces where parents and caregivers can come together, share experiences, and access emotional support, resources, and education. These groups are led by experienced facilitators and often include guest speakers, workshops, and open discussions.
We believe in the power of lived experience. Our peer support and mentoring programs match individuals with disabilities (or family members) with trained mentors who offer guidance, friendship, and encouragement.
Our outreach team works directly in the community to support individuals and families where they are. This may include home visits, connecting people to local services, emergency referrals, and navigating systems like education, housing, or healthcare.
